GoldMinds Management & Consulting agency is a company designed by the artist for the artist. As cliché as that sounds, GMM was established on the foundation of helping fellow musicians navigate through the crafty dealings of the music industry.
Our founder Dean Earls began his career as a recording artist and songwriter, learning the business the hard way — through trial, error and hard-earned experience. Over the years he built relationships with major label executives, A&R representatives, producers, engineers and publishers around the world, and realised how much time and money artists lose simply because nobody shows them the map.
That experience became the blueprint for GoldMinds Management. We provide artists, songwriters, producers and recording & mix engineers with honest guidance, real industry connections and a strategic plan for their career — so they can spend their energy on the music instead of guesswork.
Today GoldMinds operates between Los Angeles and Dublin, working with clients worldwide. We work with a small roster on purpose: every client gets attention, strategy and access.
